This morning RPA gathered for the Charity for Change end of the year show as Ms. Dunigan’s Pre-K 3A class was recognized for raising the most money during this school year as well as participating in online math and puzzle games each week to raise money for local charities.
Student of the year awards were also distributed to a student in each class who was nominated by their classroom teacher at the show.
Congratulations to the following students, Diego Balandra(Pre-K3A), Molly Bishop(Pre-K3B), Abigail Szabo(Pre-K4), Layla Bhasin(Kinder-B), Palesa Stoneson(Kinder-A), Audrey Keating(1-A), Lyla Sorochan(1-B), Addison Blair(2-A), Emily Montoya(2-B), Ivanna Karakosta(3rd), Julian Thompson(4th), and Cayden Olsen(5th).
A special congratulations to Emily Montoya(2-B) for being chosen as the overall student of the year for modeling the character traits presented in the School “Giver” Program. She has shown an interest and willingness to be a positive member of her community. She continually models the virtues honesty, fairness, justice, integrity, kindness, and wisdom.
